      Pros

      Good compensation package. RRSP Plan, medical, dental, optical. Well known company in industry.

      Cons

      Talking of the Toronto Canada site, and to a small extent the Houston site.. Company stuck in 1960s when oil was king. Politics and backstabbing abound (lots in Toronto). Each year new people are brought in and then let go, because the old guard is too busy protecting their empire. Nothing changes for the better, the same norm to protect personal empires, regardless of outcomes for the business (Eg: lost business, only low margin contracts). Head office remote in Houston is powerless due to distance. No matter how tough head office gets, it’s obvious the white collar workers are more dispensable than the poisonous shop supervisors. ie: lots of scapegoating of office staff. This company is owned by the BIGGEST Climate Change Denyers in the Republican backers.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      N/A This company is amazing but it is challenging. You will be stretched.

      Pros

      Base is 27/hr in Texas with a 4500 signing bonus. Also good benefits.

      Cons

      The founders aren't exactly the best people in the world.
