Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I have to agree that the people here are pretty amazing so it is great to see you experienced this. I did want to address your note on diversity within the recruitment team. I do believe we have a great mix of people supporting our various businesses from a variety of diverse backgrounds (to include traditional diversity/minority but also beyond), but I also believe that we can always do better. We strive to bring a diverse group of people and leaders together to support the talent challenges our businesses are trying to tackle, as well as have a greater impact on removing barriers across our entire recruitment process.
