      Pros

      Established Company with a vast network to earn experience in multiple areas.

      Cons

      They try to low ball you on the salary and make it extremely hard to justify getting raises. They force you to adhere to their company philosophies and have weekly meetings on their culture. If you dont fit the companies culture and drink the kool-aid you are pretty much out the door. It seems like they are more concerned with that than actually having good employees that get work done.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      N/A This company is amazing but it is challenging. You will be stretched.
