      Good company to work for - Process Safety Engineer Koch Employee Review

      Pros

      -They hire good people at Koch who genuinely care about personal development and fulfillment. -Lots of room to grow and change roles/companies within Koch. -With Koch being so large, never saw issues with finding internal subject matter experts for help on various things. -Many potential work locations. -Great work hours. A majority of weeks worked no more than 40 hours. Some WFH flexibility (management is definitely shifting in the direction of pro-WFH which is encouraging) -Starting pay was good

      Cons

      -If you aren't 100% bought into the MBM company culture you will not do well at Koch. -A record breaking year in terms of Koch's financial gain did not translate into a large salary bump or bonus.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      N/A This company is amazing but it is challenging. You will be stretched.

      Pros

      Base is 27/hr in Texas with a 4500 signing bonus. Also good benefits.

      Cons

      The founders aren't exactly the best people in the world.
