Pros

Great company but terrible if your manager has favorites

Cons

I worked at KM&T settlement group and our manager clearly has favorites. He lets them abuse WFH policy or sick policy. One of his direct report gets to take 3 months PATERNITY leave while the other only get 3 months maternity leave. I hope when my wife is pregnant I will get to have 3 months paternity leave as well.

Thank you for your feedback, as we are always eager to improve and do better. As of January 2021, Koch Industries revised its parental leave policy to support our employees during significant life transitions. Employees who qualify for parental leave — maternity or paternity — are all encouraged to use company leave benefits in addition to any protected leave for which they may be qualified. For further details, please review your employee benefits guidelines and feel free to contact the benefits team for additional questions.
