      Salary is okay Some great people who care that you work with

      Cons

      Management is very very bad, do not treat you as a person. Do not value ethical standards No pay raises and rarely any bonuses (even though these are promised to you) Favoritism to tenured employees RTO rules are ridiculous Zero Transparency, a lot of gaslighting No empathy to employees

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      Great feedback and learning opportunities, they stress finding work that fits you. Very flexible on moving around roles

      The plano office is heavy on tax, and I am the only woman in the finance department
