Pros

Alaris has a wonderful leadership team that embraces inclusion. As a new company, they are taking advantage of the opportunity to change the culture to be more nimble so that we can respond to a quickly changing environment.

Cons

Alaris is a new company that was purchased by a trust. Not having any current processes or infrastructure from a "parent" company brings with it its own set of challenges.
