Pros

Good work/life balance; trustworthy co-workers who want to see us succeed and will help even in short notice. Learning

Cons

Terrible terrible comp plan (thanks Management!); unreasonable quota assignments (thanks again Management!!); remarkably aged staff, many who are totally retired on the job, this is not a blanket statement, so have worked there 30+ years and are superior, but those are the exception to the otherwise simple rule of entitled people who worked at EKC in the "good ole days".

We encourage you to reach out to your Manager regarding your quota - we want challenging not unrealistic goals. As a young company we will continue to review and benchmark our compensation plans for competitiveness and effectiveness.
