Pros

Co workers are generally nice - everyone has been working together for a long time, and it's like joining a big family

Cons

Half the people who work at KA are 55+. There's little age, gender, or ethnic diversity. Building 205 (Rochester, NY location) is a dump, and the parking is horrible. Everyone wants to make KA a young, vibrant, lean, and mean company - but no one knows how. Everyone is still stuck in the EKC big-company mindset.

Thanks for the comments and perspective. We realize that we have a challenge in front of us in the next few years as many of our experienced employees begin to retire from our company. It is imperative to the future success of Kodak Alaris to have a strong pipeline of talent and that is why we are working hard to recruit new employees as roles come open. - Lisa Days, Talent Acquisition Manager
