      Pros

      Great, understanding company whose willing to give you the tools you need to succeed. They're also very generous to employees with gifts/extras for appreciation.

      Cons

      Insurance could be better, no vision, no 401k. I think some departmental pay rates should be more competitive considering job duties.

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
