Not as bad as most senior living facilities - CNA Koelsch Communities Employee Review

I worked as an evening shift CNA and honestly it was a good experience. The staff and coworkers were awesome and it felt like a team environment. The facility was adequately staffed so understanding was never a big issue. Not a bad place to work if you're starting out as a CNA, this only really goes for the salmon creek facility, I can't speak about any other facilities.
