      The rewarding work that is done with the patients.

      Cons

      The management turns a blind eye to everything, whether it is abuse to the residents, sexual harassment to staff, by staff or the serving of rotten food this company does not care about their employees.

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
