      Great coworkers-nursing staff, CNAs and kitchen staff

      Cons

      Base salary for staff. Understaffing is a problem for sure. Old school ways of thinking when it comes to appearance of staff-one set of earring in ears. No tattoos showing. Only natural colored hair

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
