      I love the people I work with and the residents I get the pleasure of serving

      The company does not offer a 401k and seems to focus more energy and resources on new buildings and less on the older ones

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
