CEO is mostly just depressing and has no leadership skills. - Mediocre parent company that loves to talk about their values while taking no steps towards enacting them. - No office manager or operations team. They spend most of their time managing up to the parent company instead of taking care of their employees. - The company has very little resources and tons of bureaucracy. - The company culture is defined by a shared loathing of their clients and parent company. - All mid- and entry-level employees, many of whom are strong individual contributors, recognize the above and discuss it openly.
