      Pros

      Kohl's has a wonderful benefits package and they definitely take care of their employees.The discount is also a great perk. They have a lot of functions where they try to reward their employees for the hard work that they do. The vacation buy program is excellent.

      Cons

      Company restructuring can sometimes cost you your position. It is difficult to move out of the credit building even if you have relevant experience for another position.

      Loved emptying fitting rooms when that was my only task

      Cons

      Had to constantly push the credit card, even to old ladies who don’t know any better, was scheduled for shifts I wasn’t trained on, was constantly moved around
