Pros
Kohl’s was a great place to grow. I started as a sales associate and worked my way up to customer service supervisor, which showed me they really do promote from within. Management trusted me with major responsibilities, including keyholder duties, opening the cash office, counting tills, handling the safe, and closing the store. The environment was fast-paced but supportive. I enjoyed helping customers, solving problems, and leading the front-end team. Scheduling was generally flexible, and coworkers made the job enjoyable.
Cons
Peak seasons can be overwhelming, especially during holidays and large promotions.
