Misses Supervisor - Misses Supervisor Kohl's Employee Review

Some stores have closed, putting more pressure and volume on the nearby stores. Corporate is putting more inventory than ever in the stores, but not enough associates to handle all the inventory. That is why kohl's stores look like crap. They used to be like Macy's but looks like they are turning into a Walmart. As a Misses Supervisor I only had time for fitting rooms because I also had to be a cashier and help multiple customers. I was supposed to set the floor but also while I do fitting rooms, registers and helping customers. I worked in a big Kohl's store and most of the time is was just 10 to 12 people working when it used to be 20 or more. Also its gross people can return anything like underwear. Again the reason Kohl's stores are the way they are is because of corporate. Like when my store looked like crap and was under performing, they gave hours to other employees from other stores to fix the floor while cutting our hours. If they gave us more hours in the first place it would have never gotten that bad. Again Corporate NOT Management. I really feel for the managers. They are driving all the good people away.
