Terrible place to work, even if you like being underpaid - Anonymous employee Kohl's Employee Review

Inconsistent schedule. Frequently leave 30 to 60 minutes after scheduled off. Management is never on the same page with policies and is frequently demeaning to the associates. Everyone's job is frequently threatened because of credit solicitation expectations. Low pay, barely more than minimum wage. Never enough man hours scheduled to accomplish tasks during the day so night shift stays late on a nightly basis. Overall, between the poor environment created by management, the constant pressure to get credits, and the poor pay with respect to the impossible amount of things to do in a shift, I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone I know.
