Pros
Very good pay, Paid business trip for "intern kickoff" event (includes food, hotel, rental car, flights), Good support system within most stores and great first intern program, Lots of hands on knowledge that is transferable to other positions.
Cons
Management and store quality varies greatly store to store. Company goal of "destination store" and company perception is not realistic in comparison to consumers and public perception. Narrow room for horizontal movement, if you work on store side hard to transfer to corporate or operational positions.
