Pros
Management at the store where I worked were decent people who were usually willing to work with you. I got along well with fellow employees.
Cons
Work hours were sporadic and unstable. Sometimes you might only be scheduled to work for two hours at a time only once a week (not even worth the drive in gas money), and the next week you might work every day for four or more hours. You never knew! The store usually closed at 10 with about 8 employees left to make the store picture perfect. We would be there until midnight or later on busy days when there was a lot to straighten up. Management really pushes you to get people to sign up for Kohl's charge cards. That gets annoying fast.
