      Pros

      Kohl's has a broad and diverse workforce and affords you the opportunity to work with some good people. Kohl's offers a fairly flexible work scheduling arrangement. and nice associate discount.

      Cons

      There is usually inadequate staffing, particularly on the weekends. During high volume days this puts additional strain on the workforce. Also, the pay is very substandard and annual raises are quite miniscule.

      Loved emptying fitting rooms when that was my only task

      Cons

      Had to constantly push the credit card, even to old ladies who don’t know any better, was scheduled for shifts I wasn’t trained on, was constantly moved around
