Pros

If you want to work retail Kohl's is a great place to start. You learn how to mark merchandise, and organize it. You also learn how to use a register proficiently, and for every Kohl's charge you open you recieve an extra dollar on your paycheck. You also get paid every week from Kohl's, which is very helpful when paying for bills and or wanting to go shopping.

Cons

A lot of people that shop at Kohl's do not respect the merchandise so they decide to leave it on the floor, steal the merchandise, or leave it in the fitting rooms on the floor. Unfortunately this can be very frustrating, especially when the fitting rooms are full with clothes not hanged or inside out. During the last two hours before closing, employees have to recover their department, this means they have to clean, fix and pick up anything misplaced or messy. This also can be very frustrating when the department is very messy.

Pros

None. I was hired to be a person that restocks and cleans, they saw I was able to ring up and put me as a cashier.

Cons

Very little pay, terrible training, horrible management and some terrible customers. Disgusting location also, I went to a manager about toilet paper out in the women restroom, he told me it was a morning task. It was 7pm, the store closed at 11pm! Also CASHIERS ARE LYING YO CUSTOMERS TO GET THEM TO OPEN CREDIT CARDS! Shady stuff I heard as a cashier. Also during my interview no one showed up, when I called the manager made it seem like I was bugging her for my interview
