      Koh's offers benefits to both full and part time employees, offers occassional great employee discounts, and excellent at work/life balance

      Cons

      Kohl's only cares about customers and how their employees can make the customers feel like kings and queens. They do not care about employees feelings, only customers.

      Loved emptying fitting rooms when that was my only task

      Cons

      Had to constantly push the credit card, even to old ladies who don’t know any better, was scheduled for shifts I wasn’t trained on, was constantly moved around
