Pros
I had a lot of nice coworkers who tried their best. They occasionally gave us food in the break room. They gave you candy bars and "great job" sticker things, which perhaps some adults out there might enjoy.
Cons
I honestly couldn't manage to explain the level of mismanagement. It's actually fractal in nature and thus each component of every thing that went wrong contained the whole picture. It was shocking anything got tagged right stocked or sold since the overnight crew was stuck doing all of that extremely important stuff while the day staff did next to nothing and left the whole floor a mess every night. Before a truck could be unloaded carts had to be shuffled around out of the way to make room which sometimes could take up to two hours. Then all that happened was the stuff came out of the truck and there was twice as much in the way for next time. About 3% would get picked through during the day. Assuming it became literally impossible to unload then it just fell on the night staff to finally put all the things out which sometimes sat so long they were on clearance before they made it to the floor.
