Pros
Honestly, the only Pro is the discount, especially, being able to stack coupons during associate shop sales.
Cons
Management is the worst. Employees were also told they couldn't call out and expect to use their personal days. They cut payroll every chance they got. Then, expected the few full time employees to pick up the slack. Management would pretend to empathize and say things would get better. But they never did. Fitting rooms are a nightmare. The pay is ridiculous. Employees working there were so unhappy and miserable. There were confidential things that should never have been discussed openly with other employees. Corporate redirects all complaints to the store manager; where they never get addressed. No action is ever taken.
