-Only train you on POS really, everything else you have to figure out for yourself -They only care about getting credits, nothing else matters -Little to no hours (I frequently work 1-2 times a week) -They will schedule you for something not in your job description and expect you to just grin and bear it -hardly anyone is ever scheduled on registers so floor associates are often taken from their responsibilities to cover registers -No real organization when it comes to tasks and things that need to be done in the store -most things require certain equipment that never seems to work or be available -an overall lack of care by management, they only seem to care about daily sales and credits
