Pros
Easy dress code that’s not strictly enforced, lots of incentives for getting credit, flexible schedule, pretty understanding when it came to call offs and being late, very professional managers, commission for getting credit, they pay time and a half on holidays, you get reasonable breaks even if your not a minor and they don’t throw a fit about giving you a break, overall pretty lax management (about everything but getting credit) which creates a really good and fun work environment, getting someone to apply for the card still counts towards your goal even if it’s denied, 15% discount on all items even the ones regular coupons don’t work on, overall it was a really fun job and I really loved working here and most of the managers were really good and understanding people.
Cons
They really push you (over the headset) to get credit constantly, they can go too far and threaten to cut your hours or get downright disrespectful, most managers weren’t that bad but there were a couple bad eggs, pay is only $9 an hour, you have to work, Black Friday no matter what, they cut your hours if you don’t get credit, I would really suggest not working here if you’re uncomfortable with soliciting credit cards to people.
