Cons
Extremely political, communication between departments is terrible, managers do nothing to develop their people (or support career advancement) unless you are a Merchant Analyst or Assistant Buyer - any other position (upper or lower) and they could care less. Culture is extremely political. Company does not appreciate new ideas and thinking outside of the box. There is a hierarchy and it is strictly followed - do not speak up unless you are directly asked. There is a HUGE lack of diversity and segmenting throughout the company, and 90% of middle- to upper-management are male.
