Cons
Some managers didn't know how to treat their employees. Lot of empty promises to move up in the company. Tells you what you want to hear so you would stay. If you did have an issue with a manager and you would talk to the store manager nothing would get done. If you called the integrity hot line number you would get yelled for doing so because it makes them look bad. Training wasn’t done very well just threw a lot of people into departments. Only people who got credits got recognized. There was very little to no communication and that made it hard. Got called dumb by one of the managers. No way to talk to your employees.
