      It depends on management. Good/likeable managers means that you like your boss and the workflow is more consistent

      Cons

      otherwise it could be annoying, some don't do work, or you are understaffed partially because of a manager's (lack of) charisma.

      Loved emptying fitting rooms when that was my only task

      Had to constantly push the credit card, even to old ladies who don’t know any better, was scheduled for shifts I wasn’t trained on, was constantly moved around
