Pros
Discount, flexible hours, great customer service is very important, great coworkers, most of the time everyone is willing to work as a team and help each other out if needed, good company ethics, most of the management team in my store is great
Cons
Very, very low pay, only one raise per year and it is very minimal! The quality and quantity of work expected for the pay (on the sales floor) is unreasonable. Very little training for the sales floor associates. Push very hard to solicit credit (and associates only receive .50 to 1.00 per credit app)
