Works well with schedule, employee discount, fellow employees, and if you can some fun activities like free sporting events. This is a good job if you are a high school student or retired.
Cons
Management will always side with the customers even if the customers are wrong(the customer not reading the clothing sign correctly), if it against protocol, and if it can lose extra money for the workers. The only way you can add more money to your paycheck is processing Kohl's Credit Application, yet they always find money for major food parties. They also took away the coupons at the register for Kohl's card customers. They only thing that set Kohl's apart from other retails they always had a coupon available and now they don't. Also it's only a yearly raise of up to 25 cents.
