Pros
The people are great and will go to the ends of the earth to help you
Cons
The people that actually work are treated like crap and the ones that don't are put up on a pedestal where no one can touch them, not even loss prevention. If you're full-time the hours are ok, just don't expect to get the 3 hours they promise. If you're part=time, hope you don't need money because you won't be getting it here. unless, of course, you are a cashier and can get credit. Then you can do whatever you want. All in all, don't work for them. They are on a down hill slope and going faster to ruin.
