Pros
Employees were the best part about the job. They were all very helpful and looked after each other. Kohls is very involved in the community's its in as there was constant times to volunteer with kohls. They push for great customer service.
Cons
Got thrown in unloading a truck working only 4 hour shifts and twice a week at most. My work was harder being that I was the only one unloading from the truck while everyone else sorts. My shifts were shorter as they would take the freight to the sales floor and I couldn't stay longer. The hours were terrible considering I had to go in at 5am and end up only getting 4 hours a shift. On a rare occasion there was more hours given but it was always only given half a day in advanced. On that flip side there was multiple times where trucks were canceled for that week so I got no hours at all. I worked there for 6 months and 4 people got hired and quit in that time period.
