Pros

Welcoming culture and a lot of nice great people who are very smart and want to teach you so that you can contribute to the insane workload, and that's about it

Cons

Little to no diversity/POC representation at manager/leadership levels, and very little diversity within the company in general with no actions taken from a D&I perspective, although it is one of their core initiatives Salary is not competitive with current industry trends, expectations for talent to stay even though the company itself will not provide their employees fair compensation adjustments for rise of cost of living Growth is limited and already pre-planned by upper management, you have very little to no say which sector of the business you will be placed if you are selected to be promoted from an entry level position, you will feel like a pawn in a chess game

Pros

None. I was hired to be a person that restocks and cleans, they saw I was able to ring up and put me as a cashier.

Cons

Very little pay, terrible training, horrible management and some terrible customers. Disgusting location also, I went to a manager about toilet paper out in the women restroom, he told me it was a morning task. It was 7pm, the store closed at 11pm! Also CASHIERS ARE LYING YO CUSTOMERS TO GET THEM TO OPEN CREDIT CARDS! Shady stuff I heard as a cashier. Also during my interview no one showed up, when I called the manager made it seem like I was bugging her for my interview
