Pros
All in all Kohl's is a great place to work. It can be very hectic at times when new coupons come out, especially as a fitting room attendant. Hours are relatively flexible, they will work around your needs as much as possible. Time off is accommodated most of the time when it is an option.
Cons
Keeping up with fitting rooms during credit sales can be overwhelming if management misjudges the amount of people needed on the floor. We are not allowed to limit the number of items taken into the fitting rooms so watching for theft can be tricky as well. It's also very tough on busy days being a back up cashier and maintaining the cleanliness of your fitting rooms.
