-Recognizes things you do from time to time. -Flexible business casual dress code. -Flexible scheduling for school/work.
Cons
-Associates driven hard for credit card sign-ups everyday regardless of your average. Sometimes guilt tripped by certain supervisors/manager if not meeting imagined quota of credit. -Dealing with all colors of attitudes and moods from customers. -Extremely low ability to get promoted at all. -Very low raises once per year.
