15% associate discount. Coupons every month. You can shop on break and lunch. Rewards program = points for purchases. Every $1 = 1 point. So for Every $100 spent you get a $5 coupon in your email.
Cons
Soliciting credit cards. Credit Card high APR percentage 22%. Management will harass you for not getting people to sign up for a credit card at least once a day. Registers sometimes do not work. You will have customers get mad at you for their coupons not applying to what they purchased. (Some do not read their coupons)
