      Flexibility in scheduling and freedom of growth within the company. The leadership is always open to forging a future for each associated.

      Cons

      The DEI initiative is horrible. We spend so much time focusing on inclusion and equity and diversity that the business truly does suffer when you see decisions being made that aren't grounded in solid foundation.

      Loved emptying fitting rooms when that was my only task

      Had to constantly push the credit card, even to old ladies who don’t know any better, was scheduled for shifts I wasn’t trained on, was constantly moved around
