      Knowledgeable team workers care about their store and the company. Having a good team does wonders

      Cons

      Depending on which store they send you, each location can have its own internal culture or vibe. Some stores I've been sent were more welcome-family oriented while others were more keep to yourself/you're not one of us. It takes a lot of grit and commitment to work as a manager

      Great team within my Sephora.

      Cons

      Be prepared to feel like a Kohl's employee, I had to help them do their inventory, frequently ring carts full of clothes up, and have to worry about getting kohls sign ups while doing my Sephora responsibilities.
