Managers in DC3 are often high at work and run in a pack. Favoritism is reported frequently but Directors and HR don't react. We have been told not to open our mouths to HR or we will be blacklisted for open positions. I'm liked fortunately but it makes me feel bad for the other coordinators that are verbally abused, subjected to trumped up charges and targeted for no reason other than for the amusement of the managers who wolves in sheep's clothing. Unless you like an environment where managers could easily play the lead roles in the movie MeanGirls, then I would recommend this place. You cant grow here.
