Pros

A no nonsense learning platform. Best in industry salary. spends extravagantly in taking care of employees Professional approach Training at its best Great HR team Clearly defined objectives Growing up at its best in the industry. From 20% markrt share kohler will reach great heights soon No harassment whatsoever. A great place to nurture talents Work life balance is amazing with work from home culture in many places Sensible work pressure Safest place for women to work Recognition of performance at its best Attractive incentives Educated dealers Sophistication all around

Cons

Employee turnover is quite high. Either they like the company and team and settle fown or they quit in 1 year. budgets arent well planned. They allow flight bookings till 2 days in advance or its all planned within a week. This will have a major impact on budgets Few bosses are too dominating

Pros

If you are okay supporting a business that is focused on building wealth instead of developing skills and business understanding of objectives, then you will fit right in as long as you learn two important phrases "Great idea boss" and "Yes sir, I will carry out all of your plans so you will be recognized by upper management". DON'T ROCK THE BOAT!

Cons

I have already posted a con, but noticed another con that other posts point to. I read about disappointment of no remote work anymore. Remote work is difficult; you have a hard time building collaboration, teamwork and trust in a remote situation. But as I look at myself, I am on-site and love coming to work - would rather be around my team and have a constant pulse on the culture where I can address any issues immediately. Ask yourself, other than the loss of commute time and being in the comfort of your own home - why do people prefer to work from home. Many times, it can be due to avoiding the stress and anxiety that exists at work. Now ask yourself, what would make people want to be in the office versus at home. Whether you are remote or in person, not wanting to come into the office may be a sign that you are not happy and lacking fulfillment from your current circumstances.
