Pros
You get a fairly good amount of pay per day at an assignment ($175) and more ($200) if its long term. Very flexible work week but you must at least work 2 times a week minimum. They give you some materials to help with learning what is expected of you and how to conduct yourself in class. Also an online resources page for teachers. They have an operations team that will answer all your questions.
Cons
No benefits. Sometimes there are issues with the app and it may be hard to get assignments if you are not quick in accepting what comes up (if any). You may get assignments last minute so there is little time to prepare. No real training other than a video call to discuss the terms and material they gave you over email. You mostly have to learn on the job.
