Pros

Good coworkers are a dime a dozen in certain departments, the rest are complacent and comfortable in their positions (15+ years) Mostly flexible with days off, but not enough days given For the most part, you're left only to do your work but you have to train yourself on how to do your job since there is no proper training given

Cons

HORRIBLE WORK PLACE for any recent grads. The company is SO BACKWARDS in their way of operating it makes your job 10 x worse. You will most likely be the youngest in your department and that will show by the efficient work millennials do compared to everyone that refuses to change the way they work... The compensation is disrespectful. Beyond low rates for the area and work done. Raises are even worse (0.5-1.5% if your lucky, more if you're favored in the department), you are not rewarded for the work you do. Favoritism plays too large of a role in the company, making it unbearable at times. If you want to absolutely despise coming into work, make the minimum for the work that you perform and run out that door at 5pm, then this company is top of the list. Also, you can't work from home. A LARGE MAJORITY of departments can work remotely due to the type of work, but it's highly frowned upon (which doesn't make any sense)

Pros

The opportunity to meet great colleagues.

Cons

Everything else: - Toxic leadership culture where favoritism appears to outweigh performance and merit. - Employees are expected to work far beyond their actual job, while management takes all the credit and bonuses. - Outdated dictatorial and micromanagement style. - Salary and merits are extremely low and below market and significantly lags behind competitors, despite increasing workloads and expectations. - Career advancement is nonexistent unless you're BFF with leadership. - Many staff go on stress leaves and workload falls on other staff lap without any support. - Overtime is expected and not paid.
