Pros
You’ll gain a deep appreciation for every other job you’ve ever had. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to sell obsolete tech while being micromanaged into oblivion — this is your chance.
Cons
I would not recommend working at KM to anyone. My time there was an absolute nightmare. The micromanagement is suffocating — every move you make is monitored, and I was personally berated by my manager on multiple occasions. Despite being hired for sales, I spent a disproportionate amount of time buried in admin tasks, all under constant scrutiny. The office culture is virtually nonexistent, and morale is incredibly low. Compensation is shockingly poor, especially considering the level of stress and unrealistic meeting expectations. If you’re still excited by the idea of selling printers door-to-door after reading this, then maybe it’s for you — but I’d strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
