Unpleasantness is very rare in recent years - Good employment conditions - Good open culture - Embraced a lot of modern technology & Skype meetings etc to enable a flexible work culture - The UK company is a nice size- not too big- not too small - Company typically does well financial- no big merger/acquisitions upheavals which our rivals has been through. - So long as your job is well-defined and you haven't told whoppers on your CV, then it is a good place to work.
