Pros
Koombea does a great job at setting the bar high so everyone that works there is not only intelligent but emotionally aware which is refreshing. The culture at any of the city offices is similar to Google or Silicon Valley "vibes" Some other things to consider:
- most everyone at Koombea is fluent in English / Spanish as a min.
- you can spend days at a time immersed in a mobile app, problem solving a technology solution for another company
- timezones can get tricky with clients all over the world
- Koombea is generally well respected across several industries
Cons
it could be stressful for someone looking for a slow pace of things, projects change often and are set to be done quickly. Also I've seen a couple people post about no way to move up professionally, but it seems like career paths at Koombea are attainable if you work with management on a plan or offer to work at another office location.
