Pros

The paycheck comes in every two weeks.

Cons

Korry was conducting mass layoffs that only got worse when the pandemic hit. After 2020 many employees started finding new jobs elsewhere. Those that were left have been overworked because the company won't hire enough people to do the work. Now Korry is now implementing mandatory overtime because the business is failing and they can't figure out what else to do. Benefits have been cut. Medical has increased in cost every year. Bonuses are a thing of the past. Pay is low compared to similar companies. Turn over is very high. People laugh at you for asking to take PTO. Morale is pitiful.

Pros

Great career opportunities with plenty of room to learn and grow. The work is challenging and rewarding for those who enjoy solving complex problems. The new quality leadership has made a significant positive impact on the company.

Cons

This isn't a job for everyone. The workload can be demanding, so strong time management and the ability to set boundaries are important. The company could do a better job balancing business goals with employees' work-life balance instead of focusing so heavily on profitability.

Pros

There are some very smart, talented people that work here.

Cons

Those smart talented people won't stay long, they are pushed beyond their limit, with no support and an every man for himself mentality. The leadership here are very cliquish and only have each other's backs. There is a big turnover of very smart people because of this. Productivity is pushed so hard, it leaves zero time for actually making a difference with what we have. This fact makes it hard to support production and help to improve anything. It's all about how much money can be pushed out the door, no matter the cost to the people that actually do the work. Some leaders that really want to make a difference are shut down by the cliques and good ol boys club. They definitely do not live by their "guiding principles", none of them. Zero transparency, lots of hiding and dishonesty.
