The leadership here are very cliquish and only have each other's backs. There is a big turnover of very smart people because of this. Productivity is pushed so hard, it leaves zero time for actually making a difference with what we have. This fact makes it hard to support production and help to improve anything. It's all about how much money can be pushed out the door, no matter the cost to the people that actually do the work. Some leaders that really want to make a difference are shut down by the cliques and good ol boys club. They definitely do not live by their "guiding principles", none of them. Zero transparency, lots of hiding and dishonesty.
